Terms & Regulations

• Contest is open to all clients whose property is listed with MinMaxx Realty Inc.,
• Brokerage at the time of draw including those whose property sold the month preceding the draw date
• Winning party has the option to accept the free listing or have the awarded commission amount donated to a charity of their choice
• Prize is not redeemable in cash and must be accepted as awarded
• By claiming the prize, the winner authorizes the use, without additional compensation of his or her name and/or likeness and/or voice/photograph and address for promotion and/or advertising purposes in any manner and in any medium (including without limitation, radio broadcasts, newspapers, flyers, booklets, and other publications and in television or film releases, slides, videotape, distribution over the internet and picture data storage) which MinMaxx may deem appropriate
• In accepting the prize, the winner, and any guest(s), acknowledges that MinMaxx Realty Inc., Brokerage may not be held liable for any loss, damages or injury associated with accepting or using this prize
• Winners and any guest(s) at the age of majority must sign a release form as prepared and accepted by MinMaxx Realty Inc., Brokerage acknowledging their acceptance and understanding of the complete contest rules
• MinMaxx Realty Inc., Brokerage reserves the right to withdraw or terminate this contest at any time without prior notice. Upon contest closing, MinMaxx will continue to honor winning client's free listing when their property sells.
• Approximate values of prizes vary depending on the value of the listed property
• One entry per listing every draw until property sells or wins
• The person(s) whose name(s) is drawn, as being the winner(s) of the specific prize will be required to answer the following skill testing question before the prize is awarded to them. Skill testing questions: (2 * 5) + 1 =
• Property listing must be on a minimum 6-month contract term with MinMaxx Realty Inc., Brokerage
• Contest is open to all MinMaxx clients who's listing agreement date is on or after March 1,2009 and is active at time of draw.
• In the event MinMaxx is both the buying and selling agent (except competition), MinMaxx will award the client all commission free. In the event the buying agent belongs to an alternate Brokerage, MinMaxx will award the listing commission only. The client must pay the buying agent commission.
• Employees (or immediate family members of employees) of MinMaxx Realty Inc., Brokerage are not eligible to win any prize
